Lovely village, wonderful cottage. We really enjoyed our weekend. Liked Richmond and the Aysgarth falls. Would love to come again. Recommend the Black Bull Pub! It does get a bit chilly in the house and a telephone would be good as no signal on mobiles. |

Lovely comfortable week in Half Moon. Superb week in Reeth and Yorkshire Dales - this is the most beautiful place on Earth! Kids loved the forbidden corner and we all loved the wonderful walks with the fantastic scenery. Hope to be back soon. |

Cottage warm always which was nice. Garden a big disappointment, no one fancied sitting in it. Having cleaned coal dust from washing machine, it would only wash and drain, so all clothes needed to be hand wrung. Could do with a washing basket or a bowl. Also needed to clear left over jars etc. from work top and shelfs so we could put our food somewhere. Page of contact numbers had none. Could not see a notice board on which to pin our comments so hope this will be the next best way. |
